Decatur-area Emergency Assistance Ministry (DEAM), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, provides emergency help for local residents to prevent homelessness and hunger. Supported by more than 20 Decatur and Avondale area churches of many denominations, DEAM provides emergency food, financial aid for rent, utilities and prescriptions, clothing and volunteer support to qualifying residents in the Decatur and Avondale area.

75% of our monthly Hunger Offering is donated to DEAM.
25% goes to the Atlanta Community Food Bank.

Engaging communities of faith in stewardship of Creation. Since 2003, we have equipped congregations to care for creation through worship, education, and stewardship of our natural resources. Our Power-Wise Energy Audits help our members save precious energy and money through energy efficiency.
